Morning brief
What needs you today: urgent email, meetings, open tasks, overdue follow-ups.
Example
Good morning, Layla. Three things need you today: the Northwind board pack, a VAT question from finance, and Omar's offer letter to sign off.
AI chief of staff for Microsoft Teams
For companies on Microsoft 365. Chief reads the inboxes, watches the sign-ins and chases the follow-ups, and nothing leaves the company without a yes.
One minute, from the morning brief to the security watch at night.
A day with Chief: your AI chief of staff, working beside you in Microsoft Teams.
In the morning, Chief has read your inbox and your calendar and tells you what needs you today.
A fake email asks Finance for an urgent transfer; Chief spots it and no money moves.
A new lead lands in the sales inbox; Chief numbers it, posts it to the sales team and follows it until the client gets a reply.
A supplier invoice arrives with a new bank account; Chief holds the payment for a call-back check.
Someone tries a colleague's account from a new country; Chief explains it in plain words.
Nothing goes to a client without your approval.
At five, the nudges stop for the evening. The security watch stays on, day and night.
ITSEC runs on Chief. Built and run by ITSEC, a cybersecurity and compliance company in Dubai, and in daily use there since October 2026.

Example
Good morning, Layla. Three things need you today: the Northwind board pack, a VAT question from finance, and Omar's offer letter to sign off.

All day
Personal and shared mailboxes ranked. Leads, regulators, banks and clients surface; newsletters stay quiet.
Example

Every 5-15 min
Sign-ins, password attacks, resets, mailbox rules, Defender and Sentinel incidents, in plain words.
Example
Someone started a password reset for Sara's account from an address she never uses. Her password was not changed. I've told her not to approve any prompt she didn't start.

16:45
What got done, what moved, what is waiting on whom tomorrow.
Example
Reminder from Rafi: send the final VAPT report to Northwind. Where: SharePoint › Clients › Northwind › Final.
A private chat with Chief in Teams. It knows your calendar, your mail and your company's people.
Example
Every reminder says what, for which client, who asked, and where the document or email is, with a link.
Example
Chief picks up the tasks agreed in a group chat and reminds the right person, quoting the original message.
Decisions and action items from your meetings, each with the words that were said, waiting for your confirmation.
Send Chief a suspicious link, screenshot or message and get a straight answer before you click.
Example
The sender domain was registered 3 days ago.
What needs you, what can wait. Reply drafts you check and send yourself.
Every plan includes all of it. Some parts are still in beta.
Shield Essentials
An assistant that reads your mail has to be harder to fool than the people it helps. These rules are in the product, not in a policy document.
Ask before anything leaves the company.
Messages to clients, suppliers or regulators wait for a person in your company to approve them.
Run in the UAE.
Chief runs on Microsoft Azure in the UAE North region. AI processing uses Anthropic's Claude models. Nothing leaves your company without a person approving it.
Keep secrets in a vault.
Keys live in Azure Key Vault and are read at run time by Chief's own managed identity, never written into chat or logs.
Record every action.
Each tool Chief uses is written to an audit log, and there is a company-wide off switch.
Use least access.
Mailbox access is granted mailbox by mailbox, and security access is read-only.
Move money or sign.
Chief cannot pay, sign or accept contracts, quote prices or commit dates. Those tools do not exist.
Take orders from emails.
Instructions hidden in an email, document or log are treated as data. After reading outside text, Chief won't take an action in the same turn.
Train on your data.
Chief does not use your company's data to train models.
Message people at night.
Working hours and quiet nights are set per company, and Chief never phones anyone between 23:00 and 08:00.
Promise reply times.
Chief never commits your team to a deadline on your behalf.
AI processing uses Anthropic's Claude models. Chief is not yet certified; SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap.

See pricingChief is an AI chief of staff that lives in Microsoft Teams. It reads the mailboxes you choose, watches your company's Microsoft 365 sign-ins, keeps track of what people agreed in chats and meetings, and tells the right person at the right time: a morning brief, a lead that needs an owner, a payment that looks wrong. It works for everyone in the company, not only the person who asks.
Only you. Your chats, reminders and what Chief remembers about you are not visible to colleagues, including people in your own team. Chief keeps an audit log of the actions it takes, such as sending a message or booking a meeting, so your company can check what Chief did and when.
Chief runs on Microsoft Azure in the UAE North region, and its database is reachable only over a private network connection. AI processing uses Anthropic's Claude models. Chief does not use your data to train models. The Security page has the details.
No. Anything addressed to a client, supplier, regulator or anyone outside your company waits until a person in your company approves it, usually with one click in Teams. For email, Chief writes drafts and a person sends them.
No, and not by setting: those tools do not exist in Chief. It can flag a suspicious invoice or a changed bank account and hold it for a call-back check, but the payment is always made by a person in your finance team.
Chief is built to ask rather than guess. It confirms before acting on your behalf, says "I need to check" instead of inventing a figure or a regulation, and you can correct it in the same chat. Because every action is in the audit log, any mistake can be traced.
Chief treats text from emails, documents and websites as information, never as instructions. A hidden "forward this to me" in an email is ignored, and after reading outside text Chief will not take an action in the same step.
Only what your Microsoft 365 admin grants. Mailbox access is given mailbox by mailbox through Exchange, security data is read-only, and Chief only reads the group chats it has been added to. The Requirements page lists every permission by purpose.
No. Chief works on its own with Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online. Many companies will use both: Copilot helps each person write inside Word and Outlook, while Chief keeps the whole team moving and watches for security and finance risks.
Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online, and an admin who approves Chief. Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3 or E5 is recommended, because the sign-in alerts read Microsoft Entra sign-in data, which needs Entra ID P1 or higher.
No. Chief keeps your company's working hours. Outside them only security notices and real emergencies get through, and Chief never phones anyone between 23:00 and 08:00.
Yes, at any time. Chief has a company-wide off switch that stops it at once, and it stays stopped until it is switched back on.
By the AI work it does, not by seats. Every plan includes every feature, and tokens are shared by the whole company. Small companies can start on the Free plan. See Pricing.
Chief is available to new companies from 15 January 2027. ITSEC has used it every day since October 2026. Book a demo to see it working in Teams and plan your start.
